Mr. Marron's practice focuses on business litigation, insurance coverage, real estate and maritime. He has tried more than forty cases to verdict in state and federal courts, as well as private arbitrations. This has lead to millions of dollars in verdicts and settlement. He has represented a wide-range of clients, from Fortune 1000 companies to nonprofit entities. He was the lead trial and appellate counsel in Ceramic Corporation of America et al v. Inka Maritime et al, a noted case in which COGSA immunities for navigational error were deemed not to apply to a vessel operator. He has served as a court-appointed arbitrator in the Long Beach Superior Court.

Mr. Marron is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group of attorneys who have obtained jury trial verdicts in excess of $1,000,000. Mr. Marron has obtained jury and court verdicts whose value exceeds $1,000,000 in state and federal court. In recognition of his skill and ethical standards, he also has been rated av by the preeminent attorney rating service Martindale Hubbell. Particularly liked the way he presented the case and his mannerism. A lot of the jurors liked his mannerisms because that's something we ask jurors. You know, "What did you think of plaintiff's counsel?" They really liked him. They didn't like the defense counsel. 

Mr. Marron received his J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law 1986 (represented UC Davis in National Mock Trial Competition 1986) and a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, in 1982 (Dean's Honor List, Varsity Oarsman for Cal Crew).
