Mr. Weber's practice focuses on business litigation, real estate and business transactions. He has represented banks, real estate developers and other clients in litigation disputes involving real estate, secured and unsecured lending, breach of contract and judgment collections. In addition he has advised clients in the entertainment industry regarding entity formation and representation of writers, directors, producers and production companies drafting and negotiating agreements on their behalf.

Mr. Weber received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1999 (Dean's List, Emery Law Scholarship recipient) and his B.S. in accounting from Santa Clara University in 1995.
